Executives, you need to talk to your clients directly.

I know, you think it will be a huge time suck. You think you’ll get spammed. Certainly, this tactic is not for every company – if you’re a consumer-facing e-commerce company doing tens of thousands of transactions a day, it probably does not make sense. But if you’re dealing with businesses and executives, especially if you’re a software company, you need to be available for direct conversations with your users.
